Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Project Manager to join our Substation Engineering & Technical Support team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, chaotic environment and be proficient in Excel. This role requires a versatile individual who can seamlessly transition from resolving on-site project issues to engaging with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination: Oversee and manage substation engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring all milestones are met.
Field Support: Provide hands-on support at project sites to resolve technical issues and ensure project continuity.
Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
Data Management: Utilize Excel to track project progress, manage budgets, and generate reports.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
Work Environment:
This role requires both office and field work. The candidate must be comfortable working in various environments and conditions.

Required Skills & Experience
Education: Bachelors degree in engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in substation engineering or a related industry.
Skills:
o Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other project management software.
o Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
o Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
PMP or other relevant project management certification.
Experience with substation engineering projects.
Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
