Project Manager

cFocus Software is seeking a Project Manager to join our program supporting the Defense Counterintelligence Security Agency (DCSA) in Washington, DC. This position requires an active Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Administration; Master's degree is preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification; Certified Scrum Master (CMS) is preferred.
• 10+ years of industry experience, including 5-7 years in project management roles.
• 10+ years of experience in leadership positions, stakeholder management, and expertise in methodologies like Agile and Scrum.
• Proficient in project management tools, strong communication, problem-solving skills, and continuous professional

Duties:

• Responsible for planning and scheduling projects, leading cross-functional teams, and managing stakeholder communications.
• Develop and oversee project budgets,
• Allocate resources, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify and mitigate risks, implement Agile or Scrum practices, and resolve project-related issues.
• Manage vendor relationships, ensure contract compliance, and seek continuous improvement opportunities.
• Effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential to this role.
