Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with 5+ years in construction and project management, focusing on on-site contract administration. The role requires advising the project principal and team during construction, ensuring quality control, and reviewing architectural/engineering drawings and construction details. The ideal candidate should have strong management skills, be detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication abilities. A senior level of familiarity with the Ontario Building Code and construction methodologies is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee on-site construction contract administration.
• Review architectural and engineering drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate project activities and ensure quality control.
• Provide technical support and manage construction phases.
• Conduct site reviews for compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with project teams to meet budget and schedule goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Technologist Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of construction and project management experience.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, quality control methods, and project management standards.
• Experience in construction site reviews and report writing.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety practices, OH&S Act & Regulations, and required safety certifications.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and team collaboration skills.
