Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Project Manager with a strong background in heavy industrial and institutional construction, particularly in mechanical process piping and advanced plumbing systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in healthcare projects and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

Pay and Benefits

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Project Manager with a strong background in heavy industrial and institutional construction, particularly in mechanical process piping and advanced plumbing systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in healthcare projects and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage mechanical and plumbing system installation and operation
- Ensure adherence to project schedules, cost controls, procurement processes, and quality/safety standards
- Handle detailed submittal processes efficiently
- Utilize project management, project controls, and organizing software effectively
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
- 6+ years of experience in heavy industrial and institutional construction with a focus on mechanical process piping and advanced plumbing systems
- Experience working with a self-perform mechanical contractor
- Strong management control skills including scheduling, cost control, procurement, and quality/safety
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and project management software
- 4-year degree in Engineering or Construction Management, with a preference for Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in industrial and institutional mechanical construction
- 5+ years of construction project management experience
- Experience and knowledge of plumbing and piping mechanical systems and components
- Experience with healthcare projects and mechanical subcontract work
