What's the purpose of this role?

As a Project Manager at beqom, you'll be the engine behind successful customer implementations. You'll lead the deployment of our SaaS solution, aligning seamlessly with our clients' HRIS environments and processes. From kickoff to go-live, you'll guide cross-functional teams and customers to ensure smooth, on-time, and value-driven project delivery.

What will you be doing?
Be the primary point of contact for customers during implementation and go-live.
Own the project lifecycle-delivering within agreed scope, budget, and timelines.
Manage change proactively-ensuring all additional work is scoped, approved, and billed appropriately.
Collaborate with Architects and key stakeholders to ensure functional requirements are clearly defined and met.
Monitor delivery quality and cost, driving performance across internal and external resources.
Identify and mitigate risks, constraints, or dependencies that may impact delivery.
Create and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, RAID logs, and governance materials to ensure full visibility and control.
Provide clear and tailored progress reporting to technical and non-technical audiences.
Act as a trusted partner to customer sponsors and business stakeholders-keeping their goals front and center throughout the delivery lifecycle.

What are we looking for?
Proven experience managing project budgets, timelines, and scope in dynamic environments.
A customer-first mindset and ability to build strong relationships at all levels-internally and externally.
Excellent communication skills in English-both written and verbal.
Hands-on experience managing end-to-end IT or SaaS projects in a customer-facing role.

Bonus Points (Nice to Have)
Formal project management certifications (e.g. PMP, Agile, Change Management).
Experience with HRIS platforms or HR tech implementations.
Fluency in additional languages (please list your language proficiency in your CV).

Business Travel

This role involves occasional business travel, primarily within the United States, which may account for 20-30% of your time.
