Project Manager - construction of buildings - Streetsboro, Ohio - JOB 25-01143

Salary Range: $85K - $120K Permanent Position with Benefits

Streetsboro, Ohio company is seeking to hire a Construction Project Manager to oversee building operations, accounting, design review, and management development, redevelopment and construction of historic buildings, Industrial, Manufacturing Buildings, Labs and Multifamily projects.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is preferred
• Contract Administration experience of cost and change order management using ProCore systems
• Schedule building costs, monitor budget, and update organized reporting status
• Help provide design solutions to field issues, maintain subcontractor relationships and practices
• Knowledge of Construction Safety
• Attend meetings on construction bid reviews and buy-out team efforts for material and sub-contracted services
• Manage project team members and support staff in building development
• Familiar with project management principles, methods and techniques
• Create and utilize Microsoft Project Schedule and CPM analysis.
• Experience with PROCORE project management software
• Up to 1 to 2 days travel per month
