Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects in the commercial, multifamily, educational, healthcare, and life sciences sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex projects and ensuring they are completed on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
• Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Utilize software tools such as Bluebeam for project management and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Proven experience in managing commercial and multifamily projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and methodologies.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam and other project management software.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
