Role description:
Arcadis is looking for a Senior Construction Project Manager to manage a portfolio of small to mid-sized capital construction projects at a client site in Wilmington, NC. The role involves ensuring projects meet client requirements and business goals through effective project planning, team management, and coordination of activities within established timelines.

Role description:
Arcadis is looking for a Senior Construction Project Manager to manage a portfolio of small to mid-sized capital construction projects at a client site in Wilmington, NC. The role involves ensuring projects meet client requirements and business goals through effective project planning, team management, and coordination of activities within established timelines.
Role accountabilities:
- Oversee all project phases including planning, design/preconstruction, procurement, construction, and closeout.
- Coordinate design reviews and approvals between the owner and contractors.
- Coordinate, schedule, and report activities related to stakeholder management, plant operations, and project communications.
- Ensure appropriate technical standards are applied during project implementation.
- Work closely with the facility management team and adhere to client processes and procedures.
- Ensure projects comply with state, local, and federal requirements.
- Ensure all deliverables and constructed work conform to quality standards set forth in contract documents.
- Provide timely and accurate progress reports, cash flow, and cost of completion forecasts.
- Maintain project files, meeting records, correspondence, and project controls information.
- Approve all purchases, procurement, and payments related to the project.
- Monitor subcontractor adherence to safety standards.

- Ability to manage multiple, unique assignments simultaneously.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years in construction project management.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and PMIS systems
