JOB TITLE: Project Manager

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 5+ years
HOURLY RATE: $42 - $55

EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Contingent upon contract award
DURATION: 12 Months

Overview:
GD Resources is seeking a Project Manager for a pending opportunity supporting a judicial workload assessment and resource allocation modeling effort. This leadership role will coordinate project activities, ensure quality control, and serve as the primary point of contact with the client. Client may require visit to various locations throughout the State of Maryland to assist with completing the workload assessment. The position is contingent upon award.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all contract activities and manage day-to-day operations.
  • Coordinate with research teams, analysts, and government stakeholders.
  • Ensure on-time delivery of milestones, reports, and training sessions.
  • Manage project scope, risk mitigation, documentation, and progress reporting.
  • Make binding decisions on behalf of GD Resources for operational matters.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders, track issues, and ensure resolution.
  • Ensure project documentation, including agendas and meeting minutes, is maintained and distributed appropriately.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience managing public sector consulting projects.
  • Background in legal, judicial, or research-focused environments is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
  • PMP certification or similar project management credential preferred.
