This role requires an active DoD Secret Clearance and experience managing digital modernization efforts within secure federal or Department of Defense (DoD) environments. The ideal candidate will hold a Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate certification, along with PMP and/or Scrum Master credentials. You will be responsible for managing Power Platform, SharePoint, and M365 solutions, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with government standards.

You will be responsible for managing Power Platform, SharePoint, and M365 solutions, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with government standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple IT and business modernization projects utilizing Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with DoD stakeholders at West Point, ensuring project scope, timelines, and deliverables are clearly defined and executed.
- Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and Power Platform consultants to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, resourcing, risk mitigation, and status reporting.
- Manage Agile or hybrid methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall), facilitating stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder demos.
- Track and resolve issues, risks, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee compliance with DoD cybersecurity and RMF guidelines, quality control, and records management.
- Drive adoption and training for delivered solutions, ensuring alignment with user needs and organizational goals.
Required Qualifications:
- Active DoD Secret Clearance (Required)
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-7+ years of project management experience in IT or business transformation, with a minimum of 3 years supporting DoD or federal clients.
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (Required)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (Required)
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification (Preferred)
- Strong experience delivering Power Platform and Microsoft 365-based solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to engage executive and technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and managing full project lifecycle in a government contracting environment.
- U.S. Citizenship required due to federal contract requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience with the U.S. Army or working at DoD installations.
- Familiarity with DoD RMF (Risk Management Framework) compliance and governance.
- Experience with tools like Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Jira, or ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Dataverse, and enterprise data integrations.
