POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Project Manager position will be part of the Strategy and Projects team within the Strategy & Operations division of EnFin finance organization. As a project manager, it is critical to work closely with peers and management team to ensure full alignment on project scope and solution objectives that support the overall company mission and goals. This role participates in and is responsible for the delivery of medium to large complex projects that are often cross-organizational initiatives in support of various business process developments, customer service platforms, and other efficiency, technology enhancements. Major responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, defining MVP and different release stages of short-term, long-term solutions, and establishing standards and procedures. Manage project plan, project staff and resources day-to-day to ensure the project finishes within the planned timelines and costs. These projects may support multiple stakeholders within the organization including Commercial, Risk, Compliance, and Operations. The ideal candidate is an experienced project professional with strong hands-on management skills and great working with people to drive the organization to make faster decision-making, efficient collaboration, and ensuring compliance.

This position will be based out of our office in Irvine, CA with a potential in-office schedule set at the direct manager's discretion in accordance with the company policies and procedures. Remote work may be considered for exceptional cases.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Evaluate BPO strategy and requirements, and production effectiveness to support the overall growth of the organization.
  • Develop and implement processing workflows, SOPs, SLAs, checklists, and QC measures to ensure high-quality and efficient credit processing.
  • Establish a framework to monitor productivity standards and performance efficiency and ensure operations goals are met on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Assess and enhance credit policies. processing systems to ensure file flow, high quality, regulatory compliance, and efficiency.
  • Excel at working cross-functionally with Corporate Planning, Strategy, IT, Commercial, Risk, Operations to achieve industry's best practices.
  • Proactive in collecting voices from business and finding innovative solutions to optimize the fulfillment infrastructure, including policy, process and system.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of energy finance processing regulations to ensure compliance.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, operations, project management or related field with a minimum of 5 -7+ years of related work experience including a minimum of 3+ years' experience in financial services.
  • Project Management Professional certification (PMP).
  • Adept in change management and problem solving
  • Demonstrate tangible work experience in driving end-to-end enterprise projects and entrepreneurial mindset to thrive in a high growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled in organizational skills, creative problem-solving, and multitasking ability. This role requires critical thinking, negotiating and influencing others, and driving deliverable timelines.
  • Mission-focused team player with proficiency in web, content and data platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and hold them accountable to deliverables and budgets.
  • Prepared presenter with ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, simple manner to executives.
  • Self-motivated and self-managed to lead, motivate, and manage organizational change.

The salary range is required by the California Pay Transparency Act and may differ depending on the location of those candidates hired nationwide. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to, skill set, education, licenses and certifications, essential job duties and requirements, and the necessary experience relative to the job's minimum qualifications.
