Homes are one of the largest sources of carbon emissions, which can be dramatically reduced by converting to heat pumps, however, adoption lags due to high cost and friction in the retrofit process today. Solving one layer of the value chain won't move the needle on adoption. Mass adoption will come when it becomes a no-brainer for homeowners to transition. That is why Jetson is building the first fully vertically integrated home electrification company. Jetson will make it simple, transparent and affordable for everyone to get a heat pump.

Job Overview:

We're looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Project Manager to lead and manage our strategic expansion into new markets. This role will be at the forefront of our growth-coordinating cross-functional efforts, navigating regulatory environments, and ensuring smooth launches that are on time, on budget, and aligned with our goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project planning and execution for entering new geographic or vertical markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Legal, Marketing, Product, Ops, Finance, HR) to ensure all market entry requirements are met.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and progress dashboards.
  • Identify regulatory, logistical, and operational risks in each market and manage mitigation plans.
  • Work with local partners, vendors, and stakeholders to support on-the-ground implementation.
  • Coordinate internal resource allocation to ensure readiness and support post-launch stability.
  • Report on KPIs and project milestones to leadership and provide ongoing market performance tracking in the early phases post-launch.
  • Continuously improve playbooks for future market entries.


Requirements:

  • A Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering or related discipline.
  • 3-6 years of experience in project management, business expansion, consulting, or similar roles.
  • Experience managing cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to drive clarity, alignment, and execution across complex initiatives.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Bonus: Experience launching operations in regulated or compliance-heavy industries.


Job Type:Full-time

Pay: $75,000 - $100,000 per annum
