Yes Communities is seeking a project manager to join our new project management team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing projects of varying scales and, preferably, demonstrated leadership capabilities. This role involves directing, coordinating, executing, controlling, and completing projects, ensuring alignment with the company's strategy, commitments, and goals. The candidate should be ready to take immediate action and drive project success.

This role involves directing, coordinating, executing, controlling, and completing projects, ensuring alignment with the company's strategy, commitments, and goals. The candidate should be ready to take immediate action and drive project success.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from planning through delivery
- Liaise between project team, cross-functional teams, and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables, requirements, schedules, cost, and meeting plans are communicated.
- Plan and facilitate project meetings
- Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and project summaries
- Assist with defining project scope, goals and deliverables
- Define and monitor tasks and required resources
- Identify, assign, support and manage project team
- Manage project budgets when applicable
- Allocate project resources
- Create project and communication timeline
- Lead project quality assurance
- Evaluate and report on project status
- Present to stakeholders reports on progress, risks, and solutions
- Implement and manage project deliverable changes
- Consult with team members regarding smaller interdepartmental impact projects
Qualifications:
- PMP, Project Management Certification, or equivalent experience as a project manager
- 5+ years of Project Management experience
- Excellent project planning, risk management, time management
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in change management best practices
- Conflict resolution experience
- Ability to work with tight deadlines
- Recognize when to deviate from standards versus follow process
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook
Pay: $80,000 - $100,000 / year + bonus
