Our dynamic Business Technology team is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and successfully deliver strategic technology implementation initiatives, with a focus on package application and customization solutions.
Role Expectations
Develop and manage comprehensive end-to-end project plans, meticulously tracking and reporting on progress.
Adept at managing project scope and dependencies, proactively identifying and resolving risks and issues to ensure on-time, within-budget, and high-quality project delivery.
Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to define, secure approval for, and ultimately deliver intended business outcomes.
You will be responsible for ensuring that project milestones are deliverable on time in the most effective manner.
Champion strong project governance, aligning with overarching frameworks, and facilitate timely decision-making processes.
Maintain clear, consistent, and effective communication with all project stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
Play a key role in supporting the team's adoption and integration of innovative agile delivery methodologies within the BizTech function, working in close partnership with broader business units.
Candidate Expectation
Proven experience in managing technology projects, with a significant focus on business technologies.
Demonstrated success in leading projects that involve the implementation of new customization, data migration, integration, configurations, custom development, workflows, processes, or methodologies across various functions.
Deep understanding and proficiency in Project Management principles, methodologies (including agile), techniques, and tools.
Strong analytical skills, with a solid understanding of technical principles relevant to project management.
Familiarity with JIRA systems.
Excellent interpersonal management abilities, with a track record of building strong working relationships.
Exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively conveying complex information to diverse audiences.
Ability to thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating effectively across multiple business units on complex assignments.
