Our CRM division in Scottsdale is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager with a strong background in medical devices, preferably with an electrical engineering background . The ideal candidate will possess an engineering degree and a PMP certification. This role requires on-site presence at our Scottsdale location and familiarity with FDA regulations.

Pay and Benefits

Job Description

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects within the CRM division, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Support the supply chain division by interfacing with existing vendors and driving dollar impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and other relevant standards.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering preferred).
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Proven experience in project management within the medical device industry.
- Strong understanding of FDA regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on-site at the Scottsdale location.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
