Project Manager/Agile/Scrum with Financial Services Experience:-
Location:- Alpharetta GA

Duration:- 6-12 months

Onsite role ( No Remote)

Background check:- One Month Time

JD :

Responsibilities
Manage program delivery ensuring clear communication regarding priorities, progress, schedule and assessment of risks and issues
Create and publish program status dashboards to enable transparency across a broad set of teams and stakeholders
Work in partnership with product owners, technology and designers to create and consolidate a portfolio strategy
Identify cross-impacts, dependencies and impediments to progress and ensure actionable next steps are addressed.
Drive the adoption of agile methodology practices within various platform teams
Lead the creation and regularly review of key performance metrics to inform decision making and track success of the programs
Facilitate retrospectives and continuous improvement and maintain the programs knowledge repository
Collaborate with various FSS stakeholders in crafting developing and flawlessly executing on engagement plans and implementations
Ensure FSS leadership is engaged around the right topics at the right time and supported by relevant information and reporting

Experience
BA or BS with strong academic record
Financial Services experience preferred but not required

Skills/Abilities
Knowledge of / experience with Wealth Management strongly preferred
Strong understanding of PMBOK project and program management methods
Experience and knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices
Self-starter with exceptional project management skills and the ability to work independently and in a group to drive projects to completion

Strong analytical capabilities and problem solving skills
Must be able to effectively communicate in both business and technical contexts including managing relationships with other teams
