Job Description & Skill Requirement: Program/Project Manager
Bilingual with Puerto Rico industrial project experience
Prepare and maintain a LTTS master project plan with User Requirement Specifications based on inputs from Site teams
Develop RFP scopes and deliverables for LTTS onshore/offshore resource and project proposal estimates
Monitor LTTS PMs progress executing purchase order authorized project work
LTTS project activity planning and management, risk management, documentation requirements
Additional requirements
Track capital plan for the current year (AC) and rolling 3 years (LRP) for:
o Approved projects:
Execution pace
Cost control
Resources allocation
Scope delivered
Assist LTTS Project Execution Teams
o Funded projects:
Track project approval milestone - ready for execution
Alignment Liaison with Site Leadership Team (PLT) assuring all project metrics are aligned with plant Needs -(KPIs, such as cost savings, equipment efficiency, operational expenditure, Capital-related expenses, Sustainability)
Prepare reports:
o Capital expenditure vs overall plan
o Capital expenditure per project and align with LTTS Project Manager mitigation actions in case of deviations
o Risk assessment tracking
Capital Work in Progress tracking
o Oversee Energy and Utility Assessments
o Oversee Asset Management
o Provide impact input (positive or negative) on depreciation costs to Plant P&L through the capitalization process.
Asset Disposal Request preparation
o Mechanical Engineer : Skill set requirement as below:
- Experience with Rotating equipment (e.g. pumps, compressors, rotating drum)
- Basic know how of Static equipment (e.g. Heat exchanger, vessel, tanks)
- Understand compliance requirements for all applicable codes and standards
- Coordination with vendors & engineering consultants
- Review/Approve vendor documents
- Oversee site sustenance and reliability assignments/projects
- Technical support to maintenance and operations regarding the reliability of fixed equipment
- Site walk-through, preparation of site mark-ups and scope of work for Utilities projects.
