• Proven leader in implementing project management processes (scope management, issue management, risk management, schedule management, budget management and quality management) in an IT department or division.
• High level of professional integrity and work ethic with a dedication in providing high quality service.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong work relationships with individuals from all levels of the client as well as other Division Leads.
• Demonstrated ability to identify gaps, conflicts, dependencies, and constraints in scope, requirements, delivery, training, and deployment and work with necessary parties for resolution.
• Excellent people management skills; with the ability to select, motivate, and develop personnel and demonstrated ability to manage and coach a staff of ten or more consisting of both technical and analytical staff either as direct reports or in a matrix environment.
• Exceptional presentation, facilitation and written communications skills.
• Excellence in communications and issue escalation/resolution with executive leadership.
• Proven decision-making, critical thinking, analytical, and problem solving skills.
• Advanced organizational skill, with the ability to create, redesign and/or integrate complex organizational systems.
• High level of professional integrity and work ethic with a dedication in providing high quality service.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously with conflicting priorities.
• Ability to fit in with the constant shifting needs and demands of the business departments.
