Project (Operations) Manager, Intermediate with Security Clearance

Overview Spathe is currently searching for a Project (Operations) Manager, Intermediate to join our team in the Fayetteville, NC area. Spathe Systems is a rapidly growing SOF led, 8(a) defense contractor headquartered in Tampa, FL with offices in Fayetteville, NC and strategic partner locations in Virginia Beach and Coronado. Responsibilities * Serves as Project Manager for a Task Order or a group of Task Orders. * Provides technical leadership, stratefic and tactical planning, and oversight in the management and adminsitration of the Task Orders. * Ensure technical performance of all task area products and services within cost and schedule for each Task Order. * Has experience manageing and supervising the work efforts of subordinate personnel. * Directs day to day operations and coordinates projects, planned work, and routine changes, assign tasks, and monitors progress fo all work-in-progress, interfaces with technical leads to priortize work. Qualifications * 4-7 years of experience * Bachelor's degree in relevant field * IAT II * Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred * IT Service Management 2 preferred Clearance Required: * TS/SCI Job Type: * Full Time Work Location: * One location - Fayetteville, NC Travel: * Up to 10% travel during the year.
