Project Reporting Analyst
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Support Senior Controls Manager in development of Monthly Capital Program Report
- Maintain PFCM Project Controls Library
- Maintain Project Portfolio Database to reflect current data provided by Project Coordinators and Managers, to include but not limited to:
- Current project status
- Current project baseline budget
- Current project budget and projected (likely) project cost at completion
- Current project baseline and projected completion date
- Current Project Manager, and other Points of Contact (POCs) for project
- Current prime contracts, task orders, and supporting contracts.
Position Requirements
Background and Experience Required
- Minimum of bachelor's Degree and two (2) years of project financial and portfolio management experience; or in lieu of a bachelor's degree, a high school diploma and five (5) years of project financial and portfolio management experience
- Must be highly proficient in Power BI, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and have experience developing reports from financial and project systems.
- PMP Certification preferred
