As a Project Scheduler, you will be part of the project management team supporting various initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Project Scheduler
Location: New Albany, OH (Hybrid Work Schedule)
Pay Range: $39hr
Candidates: US Citizens or Green Cards

What's the Job?
  • Define activities, duration, work sequences, and relationship logic to develop the scope of work plan and milestones.
  • Develop, maintain, and analyze scope of work project schedules using Primavera P6 and other assigned systems.
  • Organize and lead schedule review meetings with stakeholders, ensuring clear documentation and action items.
  • Engage with team members to create schedules and provide updates on schedule risks and issues.
  • Prepare and analyze metrics reports or Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as requested.

What's Needed?
  • A qualified Bachelor's degree with at least one year of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with three years of experience in a related field.
  • Minimum of 1+ years of recent experience using Primavera (P6) for scheduling.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly in developing complex spreadsheets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while adhering to project management standards.
