Objective:
The Project Superintendent's primary objective is to oversee all on-site management, providing both technical and administrative direction to ensure the project is executed according to budget, design, and schedule. The role involves enforcing company policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the successful completion of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
Directive:
The Project Superintendent will report to the Project Manager and lead all site personnel and subcontractors to achieve successful project completion. This includes interfacing with consultants, owners, subcontractors, suppliers, and governing authorities to support the Project Management department in ensuring a profitable and timely project. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by superiors to facilitate the successful completion of the project.

- On-Site Management:
- Manage and oversee all daily activities on-site, ensuring smooth operations.
- Monitor the efficiency and productivity of employees and subcontractors to ensure adherence to the project schedule, planning, and budget.
- Project Planning & Coordination:
- Contribute to the development of the overall construction plan.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractor activities to maintain seamless workflow.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance:
- Ensure the project adheres to design and contract specifications.
- Supervise all construction and field engineering activities.
- Oversee project construction schedules, budgets, and commissioning processes.
- Ensure that all work meets the company's standards and project specifications.
- Safety & Health Compliance:
- Ensure that all on-site personnel comply with the company's Health and Safety Program.
- Foster a safe working environment by ensuring safety protocols are followed and proper safety record-keeping is maintained.
- Conflict Resolution:
- Assist in resolving conflicts arising from work interferences, schedule disruptions, and budget constraints.
