Who You Are

You're an experienced and hands-on construction leader who thrives in the field. You take pride in managing the day-to-day operations on site and ensuring things run safely, smoothly, and on schedule. You're a confident communicator, problem solver, and team coordinator-able to juggle multiple priorities while keeping quality top of mind.

You have:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in new construction (residential and/or commercial)
  • Strong working knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, safety standards, and contracts
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills-able to guide subcontractors and internal crews effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, and Procore (or a willingness to learn)
  • A flexible, solutions-oriented mindset and an eye for detail
  • A background in construction management, engineering, or a Carpentry Red Seal (preferred)


What You'll Be Doing

As a Project Superintendent, you'll be the company's representative on-site-managing crews, safety, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and overall quality control.

Your day-to-day will include:
  • Overseeing daily site operations, ensuring safety procedures align with WorkSafe BC and company standards
  • Coordinating subcontractors and internal teams to keep the project on track
  • Leading and documenting daily site walkthroughs and activity reports
  • Reviewing drawings, RFIs, change orders, and shop drawings
  • Scheduling inspections with engineers and city officials
  • Developing look-ahead schedules and chairing weekly site meetings
  • Monitoring project cost, quality, and progress
  • Troubleshooting issues before they become delays
