The Superintendent will play a critical role in organizing site logistics, leading day-to-day operations, and ensuring all work is completed according to schedule, specifications, and client expectations.

The Superintendent will play a critical role in organizing site logistics, leading day-to-day operations, and ensuring all work is completed according to schedule, specifications, and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality control oversight to all construction documentation and plans
- Coordinate and monitor daily jobsite activities and subcontractor operations
- Assess jobsite conditions and establish site-specific logistics and workflow plans
- Ensure safety compliance by conducting daily site walks and enforcing safety policies
- Collaborate with Project Management to maintain the master project schedule
- Oversee the punch list process and drive timely project completion
- Ensure the final deliverable meets or exceeds all contract and quality expectations
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Superintendent on commercial construction projects
- Associate's degree in a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
- Experience working on public sector or institutional projects is a plus
- Ability to manage subcontractors, enforce safety protocols, and coordinate multiple jobsite operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Familiarity with construction scheduling and reporting tools
