Property Accountant

Our client is looking for an experienced Property Accountant to join their team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records for our properties. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $80,000 to $85,000 per year. Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize Yardi software to manage and maintain property financial records
• Maintain confidential financial records for multiple properties
• Collaborate with the accounting team to bring property accounting in-house
• Communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin
• Assist with any language-specific financial documentation

Qualifications:

• Education:
  
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
• Experience:
  
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in property accounting
  • Familiarity with commercial real estate accounting practices
• Skills and Attributes:
  
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Yardi software
  • Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin (required)
