Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
Custom Microwave, Inc.'s manufacturing facility is more than 56,000 square feet. Workers may be exposed to loud noises, chemicals, and other occupational hazards; personal protective equipment may be provided by The Company and at request.
Job Information:
This is a full-time, permanent position. This position is eligible for the employer-sponsored benefits listed under "CMi is Proud to Offer." This position is considered exempt (paid on a salaried basis).
Pay range: $97,000-$145,000 based on qualifications and experience.
CMi performs work controlled by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These statutes require the protection of technical data and products. The regulations require that such data not be disclosed in written, oral, or visual form to any foreign national without prior export authorization from the Department of State. A foreign national is defined by the U.S. Government under EAR 734.2(b)(2)(ii) and 8 USC 110 (a)(20) as one who:

Position: Proposal Manager
Location: Longmont, Colorado.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy proposal strategies.
- Oversee the design, development, and delivery of customer-focused proposal, bids, quotes, RFPs, and RFQs.
- Manage proposal project team to meet deadline requirements.
- Collaborate with SMEs to ensure technically complete, accurate, and clear proposals.
- Develop and deploy standardized templates, best practices, and language as appropriate.
- Facilitate pricing development.
- Coordinate customer questions and feedback.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
- Minimum 2 year in aerospace and defense industry.
- Minimum 1 year interacting with government contracts.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field. May be substituted by 4 additional years of directly applicable experience in the aerospace and defense industry.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand antenna product specifications.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
Custom Microwave, Inc.'s manufacturing facility is more than 56,000 square feet. Workers may be exposed to loud noises, chemicals, and other occupational hazards; personal protective equipment may be provided by The Company and at request.
- Must be able to sit in a stationary position for more than 50% of day.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery; repetitive motions include, but are not limited to, keyboarding and data entry operations.
- Must be able to intermittently ambulate for less than 30 minutes throughout the work shift.
- May require occasional bending, squatting, kneeling, and crouching to access work supplies.
- This position involves extensive internal and external communication; ability to utilize a phone and convey accurate information in person, over the phone, and through email.
- Must be able to see in artificial/fluorescent lighting.
