This is a Hybrid role with some flexibility. Must live in the Scottsdale area. Looking for someone that currently does this role today as a Proposal Manager. Bidding to sub. RFP's

APMP Certified would be preferred. Currently uses Shipley methodology Scrum would be a plus. Share Point, Word, Teams & Adobe Responsibilities: Bachelors degree or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience to meet managerial expectations. CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance is preferred at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. As the Proposal Manager, youll oversee all proposal activities, including directing proposal personnel, managing proposal schedules and deadlines, and monitoring the progress of the proposal. Youll partner with the Capture Manager to integrate the win strategy and solution into a proposal structured for compliance and ease of evaluation. Youll also develop and execute a review plan (e.g., Pink Team, Red Team, Gold Team) for interim and final reviews of the technical, management, and cost proposals. Well rely on you to coordinate, assemble, check and/or schedule administrative functions in support of the production of assigned proposals.
