Seeking for a highly skilled and motivated Proposal Manager to oversee and drive all proposal activities. In this leadership role, you will manage proposal schedules, direct proposal personnel, and ensure compliance with requirements. You will collaborate closely with the Capture Manager to integrate win strategies and solutions into cohesive, compliant proposals. As the Proposal Manager, you will also play a key role in executing review plans (e.g., Pink Team, Red Team, Gold Team) for technical, management, and cost proposals, ensuring all administrative functions related to proposal production are completed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all proposal activities, including coordinating proposal personnel, tracking schedules, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with the Capture Manager to integrate win strategies into proposals that are compliant and easy to evaluate.
- Develop and execute review plans for technical, management, and cost proposals.
- Organize, assemble, and ensure accuracy of all administrative functions in support of proposal production.
- Serve as the point of contact for all aspects of proposal development and management.
- Ensure alignment with customer needs and company objectives, overseeing the production of winning proposals.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience managing winning proposals in complex, competitive environments.
- In-depth knowledge of mission areas, technologies, and products relevant to the company's business.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
