Proposal Specialist - Senior

Adecco is actively seeking a Senior Proposal Specialist to join a well-established company based in Richmond, BC. This is a permanent role with an annual salary range of $80,000 - $100,000. As part of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing opportunity strategies while contributing to the development of win strategies and proposal materials. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and align opportunity strategies with the district to ensure consistency with the company's values and vision.
• Support the creation and implementation of win strategies for proposals.
• Craft persuasive, compelling narratives that highlight the company's strengths.
• Facilitate internal and external engagement sessions to support opportunity evaluations.
• Manage timelines, lead team meetings, draft tailored content, and oversee proposal production and delivery logistics.
• Develop collateral and content for early-stage engagement activities.
• Assist in decision-making around go/no-go strategies and procedures.
• Design storyboards and engagement materials to align with strategic pursuit plans.
• Conduct post-submission evaluations, working closely with the proposal lead and incorporating stakeholder feedback.

Requirements:

• Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
• Over 8 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or marketing, with a specialization in proposal creation.
• Familiarity with industries such as corporate construction, architecture, or engineering is seen as a significant asset.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office is vital, while experience with CRM platforms like Microsoft Dynamics adds an advantage.
• Strong skills in coordinating projects, paired with outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across all levels of an organization.
• Exceptional time management, flexibility to thrive in dynamic environments, and an acute attention to detail are core qualities for success.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, think analytically, solve challenges, and maintain a results-driven focus under tight deadlines in fast-paced settings is highly valued.
