The role requires a blend of strategic planning, relationship management, and effective communication with physicians and APPs to ensure consistent growth and market expansion for the Duly Health & Care.

The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $73K-$110K, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of Business Development, Physician Liaison is primarily focused on driving outpatient and ambulatory referral growth through field-based activities, building and maintaining strong relationships with key providers in the Chicagoland community. The role requires a blend of strategic planning, relationship management, and effective communication with physicians and APPs to ensure consistent growth and market expansion for the Duly Health & Care.
- Responsible for developing relationships with non-Duly providers to support Duly's growth objectives for its ancillary service lines, including Radiology, Infusion and PT / OT.
- Will use a focused sales strategy to achieve patient volume growth by analyzing data and engaging with referral partners.
- Conduct site visits to physician practices to community Duly's value proposition and develop new business by increasing provider engagement with Duly ancillary services (e.g., Radiology, PT / OT, Infusion, etc.)
- Provide a highly-customer centric approach to engaging with providers, resolving their issues, and maintaining a high provider satisfaction level with all new partners
- Initiate and maintain contact with key referral sources using a mix of effective growth tools, leveraging a data-driven targeting process to drive engagement and deliver results.
- Achieve key performance metrics including weekly physician and office staff contacts, with a focus on developing customized relationship strategies
- Develop annual growth for our provider partners, utilizing market share data, patient utilization patterns, and physician practice trends.
- This role requires a dynamic individual with a proactive approach to field-based activities and relationship management, aiming to grow and strengthen Duly's network of referring providers in the outpatient setting.
- Ensure work is accomplished in accordance with Duly policies and external government laws and state regulations.
Qualifications
Level of Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, healthcare administration or related healthcare focus.
Years of Experience
- A minimum of 3 years of outside, field sales; integrated marketing; business development or related experience in physician/practice relationships.
- Strong understanding of healthcare referral processes and trends.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams to drive growth.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools for documenting activities and tracking performance metrics.
