Description:
Commonwealth of PA/OA (PSDC) requires the services of a TAS1 A4 SC3 to act as a Senior Cloud Engineer.
Work Location: Remote & Onsite (1NA0 Technology Parkway, Mechanicsburg, PA1NA50) when required.
Work hours: 8AM to 5PM (hourlong lunch)
Start date can be ID'd upon after compliant PATCH and PSDC-related clearance has been processed and approved.
This req is available to candidates nationwide, but candidate must be ready to relocate for this hybrid position (60% remote vs. 40% onsite). Candidate must go onsite on their first day to pick up commonwealth-issued equipment, possible badging, etc.
PSDC (Public Safety Delivery Center)requires the services of a SeniorCloud Engineer to actas consultant with the PSDC Solutions Management group. This person will be part of the team working primarily forPSDC enterprise team with strong focus on multi cloud environment whichincludes Microsoft Azure & AWS and will be responsible for both thedesign, development of Cloud-Native solutions for a wide-range of businessprocesses within the PSDC. They mustdemonstrate their technical expertise and experience by having personallyperformed these activities during their past projects and engagements ratherthan just participating on a team that was responsible for these activities.Strong understanding of cloud computing and hands-on experience of migratingworkloads to Azure or AWS.

Design,Develop and support Cloud-Native applications and API development using NET,NET Core and Containers
Experiencein Microsoft Azure Services (App Service, Service Fabric, Azure Service bus,API Management, Logic Apps and Azure Functions)
Design,implement, and manage scalable, reliable, and secure AWS-based solutions.
Deployand manage cloud infrastructure using AWS services, including EC2, S3, VPC,Lambda, RDS, and more.
Experiencewith containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS ECS,Azure AKS, Azure Container Apps, Cloud Foundry).
Experiencein DevOps tools like Azure DevOps and Library Management tools like Arti factory or NuGet
Strongunderstanding of Cloud computing concepts and technologies, such asIaaS/SaaS/PaaS, load balancing, storage, etc.
Creating,deploying, configuring, and scaling applications on Azure PaaS.
Handson experience on Azure storage services like SQL MI, SQL DB, Tables, Files andBlobs.
Goodknowledge of Azure IaaS (VMs, VNET, NSG Rules, VPN Gateways and Express Route).
Workcollaboratively as a key contributor on an Azure migration/development for highperforming team
Handson experience in implementing RESTful webservices and SOAP services in cloud
Develop integrationsolutions, including REST APIs, event driven/queue-based integrations
Candidates should be flexible / willingto work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited toApplications Development, Support and Deployment.
Must have experience in SoftwareEngineering Techniques, Software Engineering Architecture, Software EngineeringLifecycle and Data Management.
Should be proficient in BusinessAnalysis, Architecture Knowledge and Technical Solution Design.
Supports the configuration, deployment and execution of CI/CDpipelines in alignment with SDLC methodologies.
