Psychologist

Position Overview
We are actively seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join our growing team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality mental health services, particularly in our Substance Use Disorder (SUD) program. You'll conduct evaluations, deliver therapeutic interventions, and play a key role in improving outcomes for individuals and families facing behavioral health challenges. Our multidisciplinary team of professionals-ranging from Psychiatrists and Therapists to administrative support staff-work collaboratively to create real, lasting impact in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic evaluations and psychological assessments
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services (in-person and via telehealth)
• Focus on behavioral health interventions for individuals and families
• Ensure full HIPAA compliance and maintain client confidentiality
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate client care
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on client progress

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Licensed Psychologist in the state of Washington.
• Experience with Substance Use Disorders (SUD) (Required)
• Experience with children and families in a clinical setting.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and telehealth best practices
