Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Specialty: Physical Therapy
Job Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 8-hour days, Tuesday through Saturday, with an hour lunch. Day shift from 0730 to 1630. Saturday is in-patient only, typically about 2.5 hours of work.
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience
License: Yes, willing to wait
Certifications: BLS required
Must-Have: Experience in both outpatient and inpatient care
Job Description:
- The position involves 90% outpatient care and 10% inpatient care.
- Candidates will be pre-screened by the clinical team and undergo a second interview by managers.
- Expected to work in a post-acute care setting.
- Utilization of the Cerner charting system for documentation.
- Required to work holidays and weekends as needed, with every other weekend rotation.
- Flexible and willing to float as needed.
- Hospital has the right to cancel up to 4 shifts during the 13-week assignment.
- Ideal for someone skilled in providing thorough patient evaluations and developing effective treatment plans.
- Orientation consists of 12 hours.
Please be prepared to demonstrate expertise in therapeutic techniques, patient management, and collaboration within a healthcare team.
