Job Description:

- Work in an acute care setting providing physical therapy services.
- Use the MEDITECH - 6.1 charting system to document patient care.
- Adhere to the cancellation policy of 12 hours every 2 weeks.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Evaluate and manage patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families about ongoing care and rehabilitation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
- Participate in shift-based duties and responsibilities.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in a dynamic work environment.
