Job Description:

- Provide physical therapy services in a skilled nursing facility setting.

- Achieve 90% productivity after 2 weeks of orientation.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss patient progress and care strategies.
- Adhere to facility and industry standards and regulations for patient care and safety.
