Toll Brothers, our nation's luxury home builder, seeks a Purchasing Manager for Toll Integrated Systems (TIS), our wholly-owned component manufacturing company, for our manufacturing plant in Morrisville, Pennsylvania.
What is the opportunity?
Responsible for sourcing inventory products as well as developing new suppliers to ensure required inventory needs are met without causing shortages or overstock issues.

What is the opportunity?
Responsible for sourcing inventory products as well as developing new suppliers to ensure required inventory needs are met without causing shortages or overstock issues.
What are the primary responsibilities?
- Procurement of contracted inventory products
- Rail logistics/ car placements, demurrage/transfer coordination between plants.
- Contract preparation/confirmations.
- Vendor sourcing, negotiation sessions.
- Non inventory Purchasing, and inventory control.
- Maintaining operating levels of supplies
- Manage projects, including: planning, flow of information and communicate project time lines.
- All other job-related activities.

Qualifications
Does this describe you?
- Be the subject matter expert regarding company technical standards, code requirements, specifications, and other relevant regulatory requirements.
- Able to develop relationships, communicate effectively and interact with cross functional peers, internal and external technical professionals, trade partners and building officials.
- Be able to handle and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
Do you have these qualifications?
- Essential:
- Strong negotiation skills
- 10+ years of experience in Purchasing
- Preferred:
- Knowledge of JDE or Enterprise One
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration or related field
