Python Full Stack Developer

JOB SUMMARY: As a Python Full Stack Developer with UI Experience, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining NPAX's healthcare platform. You will work across the full stack, building scalable backend services while crafting intuitive, high-performance user interfaces. Your work will directly impact patient care by improving data visualization, real-time analytics, and user interactions for healthcare providers and payers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using Python (Django or Flask), JavaScript (React, Vue, or Angular), and modern UI frameworks.
• Backend Engineering: Develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and data-driven functionalities with Django, FastAPI, or Flask.
• Frontend Development: Build intuitive, responsive, and modern UIs with Django, React, Vue.js, or similar frameworks.
• Database Management: Optimize and maintain databases such as DB2 for performance and reliability.
• Cloud & DevOps: Deploy, monitor, and scale applications on premise using Azure. Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins.
• Test and Quality: Integrate automated tests into the development lifecycle using pytest, SoapUI, Postman or other similar tools and frameworks.
• Data Integration & Security: Work with FHIR/HL7 and NCPDP standards, secure authentication (OAuth2, JWT), and data compliance (HIPAA).
• Collaboration & Agile Development: Work closely with designers, product managers, and AI/ML engineers to bring innovative healthcare solutions to life.
• Maintain a positive attitude and excellent teamwork.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Technical Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, focusing on Python, Django/FastAPI/Flask.
• Strong frontend experience with Django, React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Java, JavaScript (ES6+), and UI/UX best practices.
• Experience working with DB2 for database management.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party API integrations.
• Experience with Azure cloud services.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines for DevOps.
• Experience in healthcare tech, HL7/FHIR and NCPDP data standards; HIPAA compliance is a plus.
• Experience with automated tests using pytest, SoapUI, Postman or similar frameworks.
