QA Assurance Analyst

We are seeking a meticulous and skilled QA Assurance Analyst to join our team in Boston, MA. You'll be responsible for designing and developing test cases using both manual and automated methods, mentoring team members, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure software compliance. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct requirements analysis and develop test metric reporting.
• Create, deliver, and execute test plans and test cases, both manually and through automated scripts.
• Perform various testing types including functional, security, regression, and post-production validation.
• Analyze test results, make informed decisions, and provide recommendations for issue resolution.
• Engage in defect triage meetings and actively contribute to defect analysis and resolution.
• Develop and distribute comprehensive Test Summary Reports after each testing cycle.
• Mentor junior team members and provide support to the test manager as needed.
• Collaborate in Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions and scope discussions with stakeholders.
• Enhance test coverage by identifying and advising testers on possible new test scenarios.

Technical Requirements:

• Proficiency in HIPAA ANSI X12 standards and EDI 834, 820, 270, 271, 837, and 999.
• Hands-on experience with cloud environments like AWS or MS Azure.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, and other relevant technologies.
• Exposure to testing interfaces that communicate with cloud services.
• Technical skills in Oracle SQL Developer, C, C++, Java, Groovy, UNIX scripting, HP Load Runner, MS Office suite.
• Prior experience in performance testing, preferably SAAS LoadRunner.
• Excellent proficiency in Selenium with core Java experience.

• Strong experience in reviewing the work of business analysts and junior test analysts to ensure well-defined requirements contribute to functional use cases.
• Preferred experience in Health and Human Services applications or governmental data processing applications.
