Location (Hybrid 3-4 days per week):Cincinnati - OH

Responsabilities:
Work with business and IT leadership to enhance and mature the QA organization and align to future IT strategy.
Ability to build long term and short term QA Strategy working closely with QA leadership
Strong P&C insurance domain experience and QEA skills
Work with IT & Business leads / Managers in building out detailed Transformation plans cutting across - QA Metrics, Automation, Non-Functional Testing, Data Testing, QA Maturity Assessment.
Track, monitor and report the progress and implementation of Transformation tasks to Leadership
Problem solving skills and issue resolution working with offshore and onshore resources to address any issues/ roadblocks working closely with IT Leadership
Daily and weekly test and program metrics reporting to IT leadership
Risk Management and timely risk reporting to IT Leadership

Required Qualifications:
15+ years of experience
P&C Domain skills
Strong QEA skills along with complex QEA program delivery experience.
Rally
Good test management skills and customer engagement skills
Guidewire / Duckcreek knowledge is nice to have

The annual salary for this position is between $ 83,250 to 131,500 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
