We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pega Smart Dispute Test Lead with extensive experience in Pega/BPM projects to join our team in QEA. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing functional, integration, and regression testing on Pega-based Smart Dispute applications to ensure high-quality software delivery. This role requires a strong understanding of Pega Smart Dispute functionality, testing practices, and financial services domain.

In this role, you will:
- Test and validate the Pega Smart Dispute solution to ensure it meets functional and non-functional requirements.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and Developers to understand requirements and ensure the implementation is in alignment with business goals.
- Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases based on user stories and system requirements.
- Perform Functional, Integration, Regression, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Performance testing for Smart Dispute applications.
- Identify, report, and track defects using a defect tracking system (e.g., JIRA, Quality Center).
- Work closely with developers to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Prepare test documentation including test plans, test scripts, and test reports.
- Stay updated on new Pega functionalities and testing tools.
What you'll need to succeed (required skills):
- 8+ years of experience in software testing with a focus on Pega Smart Dispute or related Pega applications.
- Must have 2+years of hands-on experience with Pega Smart Dispute application testing.
- Strong experience with functional, regression, and integration testing in a Pega environment.
- Hands-on experience with Pega tools like Pega Test, Pega Unit Testing, or Pega Automation is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of the Pega platform and its application in the financial services domain.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Quality Center, etc.
