Job Description

• 10+ yrs. experience in testing organization with 3+ yrs. experience as Scrum Master/Release Test Manager
• 5+ Hands on experience working on test planning, coordination and status reporting of projects from initiation to implementation
• Expertise in Developing and execution of project test plans with milestones and ensures that the scope and approach are fully understood by all stakeholders
• Knowledge to provide guidance and subject matter expertise to engineers on Automation, Testing and QA processes, assists in preparation of test strategies including test data and test environment
• Expertise in the review process of user story backlog and requirements specifications and provides recommendations Plans and defines testing approach
• Hands on experience managing the definition, implementation, and integration of quality principles into the design and development of software and IT processes for the team
• 5+ years' experience in Design, monitoring, and analysis of testing quality metrics such as defect, defect counts, test results, and test status
• Good knowledge on automation tools like Selenium/UFT and should be able to determine the need, selection and implementation of Automation tools.
• Must have good knowledge on SDLC and QA process and should we well versed with agile testing reporting tools like Rally, JIRA, ALM, Clarity, Sharepoint, Confluence etc.
• Must have active CSM and Safe agilest certification
• Banking domain background is must, Client experience is preferred.
