QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software quality assurance or a related field.
Experience:
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies (integration, regression, end-to-end, etc.).
- Experience collaborating with both development and infrastructure teams.
- Familiarity with virtualized environments in both public and private cloud settings.
- Proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Skilled in documentation and diagram creation.
- Experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, and working in Agile environments is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Testing Platform Design: Build and implement a comprehensive platform to uphold software quality.
- Test Development: Design and execute tests to ensure the reliability and functionality of software applications.
- Continuous Improvement: Research and introduce new tools and processes to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy.
- Automation: Establish and maintain automated testing infrastructure.
- QA Enhancement: Drive improvements in QA standards, processes, and tools.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with development and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Monitoring: Develop a proactive monitoring strategy to ensure ongoing software performance and quality.
