We are currently looking for a QA/QC Manager to join our dynamic team in the Corporate Office in Mesa, AZ to oversee a site in Hillsboro, OR.
Position Overview:
The QA/QC Manager will oversee and ensure the quality and compliance of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction quality assurance and control, with a thorough understanding of industry standards, regulations, and best practices. As a QA/QC Manager, you will develop and implement quality management procedures, conduct inspections and audits, and collaborate with project managers and contractors to address quality issues. You will prepare detailed reports, manage non-conformance issues, and train staff on quality standards. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality field inspections are conducted and obtain owner sign-off for quality management checklists and documentation.
- Perform final owner reviews for completion in Cx Alloy for Site Arrival, Pre-Energization, and Pre-Functional Testing and readiness checklists.
- Collaborate with site PM and CM on critical "go/no-go discussions."
- Oversee coordinated field installation verification inspections during installations, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
- Manage readiness inspections for completeness ahead of milestone starts.
- Travel to site 3-4 days a week in Hillsboro, OR.
Qualifications:
- Thorough knowledge of construction processes, materials, standards, and regulations.
- Proficiency in construction and/or project management experience with strong QA/QC standards and methodologies.
- Strong Understanding of ISO 9001 quality management systems.
- Ability to Interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Experience in quality management and electrical field installation inspection/verification.
- Competence with OSHA safety and NFPA safety requirements.
- Preferred: Commissioning experience, particularly with data center start-ups.
- Management and supervisory skills to oversee a diverse workforce across multiple locations.
- Knowledge of commercial high-tech work and integrated government projects.
