What You'll Do:

As Quality Care Manager, you'll lead with both heart and skill. Your role will be key in fostering high-quality caregiving relationships rooted in reliability, safety, and respect.

Your impact will include:
  • Delivering High Quality Care by upholding excellence in care delivery with a focus on continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
  • Supporting & Leading a Team of ~50 caregivers-ensuring timeliness, readiness, and confidence on every shift.
  • Creating Personalized Care Plans by conducting in-home assessments and collaborating closely with clients and families.
  • Scheduling & Operations Management, including proactive shift coverage and rapid response to cancellations or needs.
  • Ongoing Training & Mentorship-providing meaningful feedback and professional development for your caregiving team.
  • Client & Caregiver Liaison, ensuring communication is clear, respectful, and aligned with care goals.
  • Tracking Key Metrics, including hours worked, shift coverage, and caregiver performance.


Where You'll Work:

This is a hybrid role that includes administrative tasks in our San Francisco office and field visits for CARE assessments, training, and ongoing support.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a compassionate leader with excellent judgment and communication skills-someone who thrives in a dynamic, people-first environment.

  • While not required, being an RN, Case Manager, or LVN/LPN is strongly preferred.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on timeliness and respect.
  • Experience in home care, hospice, or a similar care-focused setting
  • Management or supervisory experience
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving in fast-paced or emergent situations
  • A calm, professional presence-especially under pressure
  • A desire to grow into a senior leadership role

Compensation: $45 - $55/hour & 10%+ quarterly performance bonus
