QC Manager Dental Laboratory

Location: Rochester, NY

Full-time | Monday-Friday | Onsite

Salary: $105,000 - $130,000

Join a cutting-edge dental laboratory as our new Product Manager - Full Arch Solutions, where you'll drive development, optimization, and performance across the full lifecycle of advanced prosthetic products.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development & Workflow Optimization
  • Oversee and enhance production processes for fixed full-arch prosthetics
  • Partner with CAD/CAM teams to refine digital workflows and software integration
  • Collaborate with internal teams, clinicians, and vendors to ensure clinical excellence
  • Evaluate workflows and implement strategies to improve efficiency and outcomes
  • Support the training of staff on new technologies and best practices

Quality Control & Compliance
  • Lead all QC efforts for full arch solutions, ensuring standards are consistently met
  • Conduct product inspections and ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, and industry regulations
  • Resolve quality issues, implement corrective actions, and maintain detailed documentation
  • Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the lab

What We're Looking For:

Experience & Education
  • 10+ years in a dental laboratory setting
  • 3+ years in product management, CAD/CAM dentistry, or related roles
  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Technology, Biology, Engineering, or related field
  • CDT certification strongly preferred

Key Skills
  • Deep expertise in full arch prosthetics, hybrid dentures, and digital design
  • Proficiency in CAD/CAM tools and lab materials
  • Strong understanding of occlusion and dental anatomy
  • Analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Comfortable mentoring and training staff in lab protocols and QC systems

Working Environment
  • Full-time, onsite role in a dental laboratory setting
  • Exposure to various dental materials and lab equipment
  • Occasional overtime may be required to meet project deadlines or audit schedules
