Role description:
Arcadis is seeking a Quality Coordinator to join the Construction team in Ontario. This position will play a crucial role in ensuring that the organization's products, services, or processes meet established quality standards. This role would give you the opportunity to support the development of Quality Management System processes to ensure compliance to industry standards. You will be responsible for project compliance oversight, tracking KPIs, reviewing quality documentation, and playing a lead role in supplier surveillance and field inspections.
This role is a part of the Mobility Global Business Area. We partner with our clients across the globe to design thriving and connected cities and communities that enable opportunity for all and keep the world moving. Climate change, urbanization and digitization trends are requiring today's mobility projects and systems to address an evolving set of demands from the world's growing population. We design connected, sustainable solutions that integrate existing infrastructure with new technologies, and optimize the mobility of people and goods.
Role accountabilities:
You will support the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS), including charring meetings, taking notes, updating QMS documentation, and communicating updates to personnel. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems (QMS), and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 9001).
You will serve as the point of contact for quality matters such as quality action log, equipment tracker, and trainings management. You will be responsible for conducting internal and external audits to assess compliance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions, and monitoring and evaluating various stages of production or service delivery.
You will be responsible for data analysis and reporting which includes analyzing data to identify trends and areas of concern, generating reports on quality performance and metrics, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
You will take part in process improvement by identifying and resolving quality issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining quality documentation and records, providing training to employees on quality standards and best practices, and assisting with the development of company policies, processes, and procedures.
You will ensure compliance with current regulations and monitor and report on all activities, processes, and procedures.

The salary range for this position is $66,000 - $99,000. The base salary represents Arcadis' hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Minium of 2 years role specific experience is required
- Post secondary education is required (diploma) with a focus in Construction or Quality Management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and a comprehensive understanding of quality assurance management, systems, standards and principles
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
