We are seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Quality Manager to oversee and drive all aspects of quality control within our manufacturing operations. This role ensures that our products meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction, while aligning with company goals and performance targets. The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with strong analytical and problem-solving skills who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Physical Demands: The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of Manufacturing Quality to meet customer expectations, quality targets, and long-term business success.
- Support and guide cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of Quality Control systems in our manufacturing plants.
- Define and communicate Quality Control deliverables and performance targets to ensure data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Oversee Quality Control inspections at customer sites during the Commissioning phase until Customer Buy-Off, in collaboration with Product Quality teams.
- Monitor and report on Supplier Quality, ensuring seamless customer buy-offs and high-quality parts manufacturing.
- Analyze and display critical Quality Control parameters in key manufacturing operations to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Incorporate Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) and customer satisfaction into manufacturing feasibility decisions.
- Manage Non-Conformances (NC) at manufacturing sites and ensure timely implementation of containment actions.
- Supervise and oversee Quality Inspectors and the Metrology Team to uphold high-quality standards.
- Lead and develop employees through effective communication, training, coaching, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, managing work orders, project allocations, and accurate time tracking.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, quality management, or equivalent years of experience in a role of similar industry, scope and complexity.
- 8 years in manufacturing quality control, inspection, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience with ISO-9001:2008/2015 certifications and audits
- CMM experience, precision measuring experience and knowledge of geometric dimensions and tolerancing
- Ability to read and interpret engineered drawings
- Ability to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously
- Business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership and coordination of people and resources
- Team player, able to give / take direction and be self-directed
- High regard for safety standards
- Knowledge of welding and automated assembly
- Knowledge of Mechanical Standards, tooling assembly & setup desired
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Strong written and oral communication skills
