This role is essential in maintaining compliance with API Q2, ISO 9001:2015, and industry-specific standards across snubbing operations.

Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Safety or a related field required.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an industry-related quality or safety role.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of API and ISO standards.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written).
- Detail-oriented, ethical, and adaptable.
- Proven problem-solving and leadership abilities.
- Ability to perform in high-stress environments.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams.
Additional Requirements:
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
- Flexibility to work long and irregular hours as industry demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee company Quality Management Systems and ensure alignment with API Q2 and ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Support fleet and asset management, ensuring compliance with company and industry requirements.
- Mentor and coach Quality Coordinators and provide training to field and office staff.
- Conduct internal and external audits, service quality plan reviews, and manage nonconformance and corrective action reports.
- Track and manage calibrations, equipment certifications, and vendor quality audits.
- Coordinate with vendors for NDT, calibration, and critical service repairs.
- Maintain document and record control related to the QMS.
- Ensure training compliance with API components (6A, 16A, 16C, 16D, 8C, 7-1, 4F).
- Manage risk assessments, MOCs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor performance metrics such as KPIs, CSFs, and customer satisfaction
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Frequent standing, walking, sitting, handling, and lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Occasional climbing, crawling, and kneeling.
- Must be able to wear PPE consistently.
- Combination of office-based and field environments.
- Exposure to harsh weather conditions at remote job sites is expected.
