Quality Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of quality assurance and control in our high-purity chemical manufacturing operations. This role ensures product integrity, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement in quality systems to support industries with strict purity standards such as semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, and advanced materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the site's Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 and customer-specific requirements.
• Oversee product testing, quality control processes, and release of high-purity chemicals to ensure adherence to ultra-trace specifications.
• Manage internal and external audits, including those by customers and regulatory agencies.
• Investigate non-conformances, customer complaints, and deviations using root cause analysis and drive effective corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Collaborate with Production, R&D, EHS, and Supply Chain to ensure quality is integrated into all processes from raw material receipt to final product delivery.
• Develop and report quality metrics, identify trends, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train and mentor quality team members and production staff on quality standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related scientific discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in quality leadership roles within high-purity or specialty chemical manufacturing.
• In-depth knowledge of quality standards, analytical techniques, and regulatory compliance for ultra-high purity products.
• Strong understanding of ISO, GMP, SPC, and documentation control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with semiconductor-grade chemical quality standards (e.g., SEMI standards) is a strong plus.
