Quality Manager

We are seeking a Quality Manager to lead quality assurance and control efforts in a high purity chemical manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring that all products meet stringent purity, safety, and regulatory standards through the development, implementation, and oversight of robust quality systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain ISO-compliant quality management systems tailored to high purity chemical production.
• Oversee internal and external audits, CAPAs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with production, R&D, and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., SEMI, REACH, RoHS).
• Lead root cause analyses and corrective action processes for quality-related issues.
• Manage quality control labs and personnel, including setting testing protocols and interpreting analytical data.
• Maintain documentation and ensure traceability across all manufacturing batches.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years of quality management experience in chemical or semiconductor-related manufacturing.
• In-depth knowledge of GMP, ISO 9001, and other relevant quality standards.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
